We stopped dining out at RR due to horrible service, food and watered booze, but that was the RR at cinema point. This was our 1st visit at this location on Southgate. I don't have anything bad at all to say about this place. Everything was great. They even have new appetizer....fresh pretzel bites with a fat tire cheese sauce. Amazing indeed. A must try. Definitely going back to this place.

Went on a Wednesday night, wasn't too busy and we were sat right away..... then we waited a while for the server, and our drinks. Eventually the server caught up as it died down, sun was in my wife's face so I asked a couple employees to shut the shades.... neither of them did, so I got up to do it and when I did, a server came right over and flipped them the opposite way and shot me a look like I was doing something wrong, not sure what that was about but it wasn't about good customer service that's for sure. Food was well prepared and to order so the kitchen staff was great. Only thing with the food is, it looks like red Robin is using frozen patties nowadays, there are many burger places in town that have better patties and burgers aren't their best seller. The management on the front end needs some serious work. If the place wasn't that busy but service still took a while and employees dont seem concerned with customer's dining experience, then maybe it's time to change something in management. Probably won't come back, the cooks deserve a raise because they are the reason there are return customers at this location.

So.... I had to change my rating. They taste good 75 percent of the time, but you can’t order take out within 34 minutes of them closing... that is not okay and I’ll take my money elsewhere. Also, I went in one time and the person at the take out tried to charge me almost ten extra dollars once I got there.

Despite a packed house, we were seated quickly. The host staff was on the ball and actively seated people as soon as possible. Our waitress was extremely busy but find time for all our needs. Food was both visually appealing and good and came out quickly. The staff found time to sing to my son and wrapped up the evening with smiles. Will return.

Good burgers and fries. Near my house so we visit there quite a bit. I like the food and the prices are good. For some reason the company I work for gives out Red Robin gift cards. So we visit more often than we normally.
